Our Special Guest: Chef Fabio Viviani
Chef Fabio Viviani is a renowned Italian-American culinary personality, entrepreneur, and author. Born in Florence, Italy, he began working in the food industry at a young age and, by 27, owned multiple restaurants and nightclubs in Florence. In 2005, he moved to California, where he opened his first U.S.-based restaurants, including Café Firenze and Firenze Osteria.
Viviani gained national fame as a contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef" seasons 5 and 8, earning the "Fan Favorite" title. He has since expanded his hospitality ventures across the U.S., partnering with DineAmic Hospitality to launch establishments like Siena Tavern and Bar Siena in Chicago. His brand has also extended into airports, casinos, and hotels, with notable partnerships with Hilton's Curio Collection.
Viviani is a best-selling author of cookbooks such as "Fabio’s Italian Kitchen" and hosts the popular online cooking show "Fabio's Kitchen."
